1.5 lb Lean Ground beef 1 large carrot grated 1 egg 1.5 cup rolled oats 1 tomato sliced 2 tbsp ketchup 1 envelope French onion soup mix spices to taste

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Loaf

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Mix ground beef, grated carrot, rolled oats, egg, and Tomato by hand in a large bowl. Mix in French onion soup mix. Place in a loaf pan and level the top. put ketchup on top of loaf and spread over top with a fork. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. makes 8 servings of 2 slices.
