Seasoning Blend = Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 large onion
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1/2 green bell pepper
19 ounces ground turkey
4 tablespoons Seasoning Blend
1/2 cup Egg beaters
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a food processor, chop onion, celery, and pepper.

  3. In a large bowl combined chopped vegetables, ground turkey, seasoning blend,, and oatmeal.

  4. Spray one loafpan with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until completely done.

  6. 15 minutes before meatloaf is done, combine ketchup and mustard and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
