9 slices of meatloaf using both ground beef and ground pork. 9 servings

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 lb Ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Chop medium onion, place in large mixing bowl, add to bowl eggs, salt, pepper, garlic and oatmeal. Mix together. Add both ground beef and pork and thoroughly mix all ingredients together. NOTE: Only stir until blended. Place mixture into a 9x9 inch baking pan. Poke "finger" holes into mixture and pour 1/2 cup whole milk over the entire mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
