basic meatloaf, but kicked up a notch with the Rotel instead of tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

454 2/5 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Egg, White
3 serving Whole Grain 100% Bread
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Mix all together, except the ketchup.....spread it on top of loan....Bake at 3:25 for 1 hr and 40 minutes...
