Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 loaf ( yield from 1 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Loaf
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
5 large Carrots, Baby
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
5 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 serving Minute Ready to Serve Multi Grain Medley
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Sautee onions in oil, add mushrooms shredded carrots and garlic.

  2. Add all other ingredients in a bowl. Reserve some ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Let veggies cool then add with other ingredients form into loaf bake 30 minutes @ 350 then put reserve ketchup/worcestershire mixture on top bake another 30 minutes.
