Pork and beef meatloaf - the ideal comfort food. Wonderful with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

16 oz Ground Pork, Fresh
16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Egg, Whole
3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
0.33 cup Panko
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Mash everything together with a fork or bare hands. Form into a loaf shape (if desired, "glaze" the loaf with a tablespoon of ketchup before baking) and bake on a roasting pan at 375F for 1 hour.
