Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

10 strips bacon
1 pound onion
8 oz celery
2 tbsp garlic
6 oz breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
8 pounds ground beef
4 eggs
1/4 cup parsley
2 tbsp worcestershire
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Dice the bacon and cook in a pan until fully cooked. Drain the grease and place it back in the pan.

  2. Use the grease to sweat the diced onions, minced garlic, and diced celery.

  3. Add all ingredients to the a mixer except the ketchup. Mix until well incorporated.

  4. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and place the mix into the pan. Brush the top of the meatloaf with the ketchup.

  5. Place into the oven at 325F, for 40mins or until fully cooked.
