Recipe Ingredients for meatloaf

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Loaf
1 cup TVP
60 grams Egg, White
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
3 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.33 cup Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in oven in loaf pan for 1.25 hours at 350 or bake on low in greased crock pot for 6-8 hours.
