Meatloaf that's sweetened w/brown sugar and balanced w/ketchup. Good with potatoes and veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

33.12 oz (Butcher's Brand) Lean Ground Beef
2 serving (Food Lion) Quick Oats
3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Mix beef, eggs, and oats in large bowl

  3. Shape into loaf in large pan

  4. Spread ketchup on top of loaf

  5. Mix 3/4 cup of the brown sugar with water until it forms a thick paste and pour over loaf

  6. Cook approximately 1 hour or until no longer pink inside, sprinkling the remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar over the top the last 20 minutes to form a light crust
