Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 15% fat
1 lb. ground pork
78 g. dry onion soup mix (2 pkts)
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain
1 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well with your hands. Place in an ungreased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours, or until done.

  2. Meatloaf can also be shaped and baked on a rack on a cookie sheet to lower the fat content.

  3. Let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
