85% lean ground turkey & grnd. beef + Lipton onion soup mix, oatmeal & parm cheese. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

16 oz Ground Turkey
16 oz Ground Beef
4 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
35 1/2 grams Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 whole egg, beaten
1 cup Quaker Oatmeal, Dry
2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Mix all ingrediants in mixing bowl. Don't over mix.

  3. Form into loaf and place in shallow casserole dish.

  4. Bake @ 375 for 45 min to an hour until juices are clear.

  5. Let cool 10 min. before slicing.

  6. Enjoy! I love to use leftovers on sandwiches. Just slice cold meatloaf very thin and place on cookie sheet. Heat in 400 degree oven until slices brown. SO GOOD!

  7. TIP-You could use the leaner Turkey & Beef and save some cal/fat.
