Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 15% fat
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix all together well. Form into a loaf shape. Bake at 350 for about 1.5 hours on a rack to let the fat drain away.

  2. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
