Yum yum yum! I serve this with a side of roasted sweet potatoes and veggies like carrots or broccoli and a red onion gravy!

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1/3 cup onion soup
2 cloves garlic
500 grams ground beef
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
5 1/2 oz. tomato paste
1/3 cup panko
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together, putting aside 1/4 cup of the bbq sauce. Put mix into a greased loaf pan and spread evenly. Spread remaining bbq sauce on top. Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 45 mins. Uncover and cook for another 15-20 mins, or until middle registers at 160 on a meat thermometer.
