Makes 16 servings



3 lbs. makes a 2 lb. meatloaf and the extra pound divide in half to use as meat for spaghetti. The 2 lb. meatloaf gets cut into quarters and each quarter makes 3 nice size slices = 1 serving

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 cup oatmeal
2 lbs ground turkey
1 lb. ground pork
2 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red pepper, chopped
12 ozs. tomato sauce
2 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp marjoram
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix everythin together.

  2. Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
