New recipe I'm trying. Smells great!

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsn ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add ground beef, bread cumbs, chopped onions, chopped green peppers, and beaten eggs, and 1/2 tbsn of ketchup to a large bowl.

  3. Combine well.

  4. Solidly place mixture into 9" by 5" baking pan.

  5. Place in oven for 45 minutes.

  6. Add other 1/2 of ketchup on top of loaf.

  7. Cook for another 15 minutes.

  8. Serves 6.
