For my reference - Some amounts are "guesstimates" and meat weight always varies from 1lb. to 1.3lbs depending on the closest I can get to 1lb at the grocer.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 2/5 lb. lean hamburger
39 g onion soup mix (1/2 to 1 package)
3 tbsp. meatloaf seasoning
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 1/4 cup (small can) tomato sauce
1 egg
45 g crackers (15 crackers)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
60 g Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.

  3. Form into loaf in loaf pan.

  4. Drizzle with ketchup.

  5. Bake for approx 45min.
