A tasty meatloaf with Herbs de Provence

Recipe Ingredients for meatloaf

892 g ground beef
476 g ground pork
1/2 cup sweet onion, minced
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
1 cup croutons, diced 1/4 X 1/4
1 egg
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for meatloaf

  1. Blend meat with rest of ingredients and form loaf in 9 X 9 X 2 inch glass baking dish.

  2. Bake for 1 hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
