This is our meatloaf recipe that we have followed for years.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 cup onion
1/4 green bell pepper
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Pre-heat oven 375.

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

  3. place mixture in loaf pan.

  4. Bake loaf for 1 hr. - 1 hr. 15 min.

  5. Slice and serve.
