Not a fan of meatloaf but, hubby loves it! Gonna try this recipe see how it is.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground sausage
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 ounce package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix everything together except ketchup and put everything into a loaf pan.

  2. Put ketchup on top and cover like a glaze.

  3. Bake at 375 covered for 45 minutes and remove foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Let it stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
