Use with packet of seasoning - I use Kroger brand.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Prepare pans: cover cooling rack with foil, poke a few holes in to foil to allow fat to drip and then put rack on top of deep baking sheet.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Shape into loaf.

  4. Place loaf on foil-covered baking rack on top of baking sheet.

  5. Poke holes in side of loaf to allow fat to drip.

  6. Bake 325 for 1 hour.
