Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup oatmeal
1 grated carrot
1 stalk celery
14 oz. canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. beat egg

  2. grate carrot and add to egg

  3. chop celery and add to bowl

  4. add diced tomatoes

  5. add salt and pepper

  6. add ground beef and shape into loaf

  7. bake at 350-360 for 1 hour
