Simple meat loaf - not a lot of spice or extra veggies. My kids love. Easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 lb. ground beef, 85% lean
1 large egg
1 cup ketchup
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tsp dried chopped onion
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Combine ground beef, egg, 1/2 cup of ketchup, celery, onion, oatmeal and salt and pepper until well blended. Form into a loaf and place loaf on something that will elevate the loaf and allow grease to drain while cooking. Place this in a well-greased baking dish or pan. Spread remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup over top. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
