Recipe Ingredients for meatloaf

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup onion
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 celery stalks

Recipe Directions for meatloaf

  1. in a bowl combine ground beef,

  2. 1/2 of the ketchup,barbecue sauce,onion(chopped),bread crumbs,celery stalks,chopped and egg. mix ingredients together, you'll need to use your hands, shape in a loaf, put in a loaf pan or meatloaf pan, pour remaining ketchup on top, smooth out over the top, bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, when meatloaf is cooked through, drain fat off and serve. yummy,you can add chopped mushrooms, carrots. I chop my celery very fine so the kids dont know its in there to make it more nutritous
