This is the only meatloaf I can get my husband to eat!

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 lb hamburger, lean
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix hamburger, oats, milk, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and onion. Place in loaf pan.

  2. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Spread on top of meat mixture.

  3. Bake at 350* for one hour.
