Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1/2 medium onion, chopped [i11282]
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped [i11821]
1 cup, tomato sauce [i11549]
12 crackers, club cracker crumbs [i83009]
16 oz ground beef, 90% lean [i23563]
1/5 cup, large egg [i1123]

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Nead together beef, egg, onion, pepper, cracker crumbs and .5 cup of the tomato sauce.

  3. place loaf in the center of a baking dish and cook for 35 minute.

  4. Poor the remaining tomato sauce over the top and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
