Lightened meatloaf recipe using turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 cup whole milk
2 large eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup white onion
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp Worcestershire

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Dice onion

  3. Mix all ingredients together by hand in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.

  4. Put meatloaf mix into either a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a cookie sheet lined with tinfoil and sprayed with cooking oil. Squiggle ketchup down the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
