Meatlaof can be made ahead on time and placed in the fridge until ready to bake.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 c onion soup
1 c cereal
1/2 c ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix eggs, 1 pk lipton onion soup mix and ketchup in a bowl

  2. Add lean ground beef mix well

  3. Add 1 cup of rice krispies or puff rice

  4. mix well

  5. place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed ith PAM

  6. Bake at 375 for 45 mins - 1 hour
