Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

16 ounces ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 slice whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Press into loaf pan or form a loaf on a baking sheet with a lip. Bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
