Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 cup cracker crumb
1/2 cup diced onion
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
14 ounce tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix half the tomato sauce and all of the rest of the ingredients together.

  2. Place in loaf pan.

  3. Cover with remaining tomato sauce

  4. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.

  5. Can be frozen and later fully thawed before cooking.
