Meatloaf with mushrooms and onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup reduced fat milk
10 oz mushrooms, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray

  4. Transfer mixture into loaf pan

  5. Bake at 350 for 1hr.
