Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
30 cracker
1 egg
1 can vegetable soup
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. crush crackers, mince onions, mix all ingredients together with some salt and pepper (to taste)

  2. cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours.

  3. Note: Vegetable soup can be switched with tomato soup if prefered.
