Makes 5 servings

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

2.5 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Onions
248 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
8 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 serving Egg, Whole
0.5 tbsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Dig all seeds/middle out of an over-sized zucchini.

  3. Stuff the zucchini.

  4. Wrap in foil and cook at 400 for ~2 hours.
