Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf

19 oz Ground Beef
19 oz raw 85% Lean Ground Round
12 oz Jimmy Dean Pork Light Sausage (Reduced Fat)
6 tbsp Ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
9 tsp Minced Onion
2 tbsp Parsley
9 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3 large Egg, Whole
4 dash Salt, Table
4 dash Pepper, Black
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf

  1. Soak bread in milk until all milk absorbed

  2. Put bread in large bowl with meat, eggs and mix. Add all other ingr. and form into large loafs.

  3. Cut peppers into thick slices and add on top of meatloaf.

  4. Bake at 350 for about 2.5-3hrs
