Ground Turkey & Quinoa Meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf - Quinoa & Turkey

1/4 cup Quinoa
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 cloves Garlic
1 large Egg, Whole
3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Essence
5 tsp Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf - Quinoa & Turkey

  1. Brown onion, add garlic at end. I brown with drops of water. Cook 1/4c quinoa in 1/2 c water, let cool. Mix all ingredients, except Brown Sugar. Put in loaf pan. Spread brown sugar on top. Bake at 350 F for 45 mins. Or until thermometer reads 160 F.

  2. Makes 8 Slices..
