Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf-Paula Deen

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons mustard

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf-Paula Deen

  1. Mix ground beef, salt, black peper, chopped onion, tomato sauce, oats and egg. Shape into loaf and put in loaf pan.

  2. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together. Spread on top of loaf. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
