This is double of Mom's recipe with only the original amount of topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf (Nelva Rohlfs)

2 lb ground beef
2/3 cup tomato juice
1/2 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup quick oats
2/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf (Nelva Rohlfs)

Mix thawed ground beef with the next 6 ingredients. Place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake x 30 minutes at 350 F. Drain off fat and juices. Top with a mixture of the last 3 ingredients. Return to 350 F oven for another 30 minutes.
