Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf my way

1 lbs hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onions
15 whole wheat crackers
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf my way

  1. Heat oven at 350.Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Shape into loaf pan.

  3. Cook 1 hour. Uncover and

  4. put about 2 Tbs ketchup on top. Put back in oven and cook uncovered for 20 min. Remove. Serve hot. Or make meatloaf sandwiches
