Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf Muffins

2 Egg Whites, Beaten
1/8 cup Non-Fat Milk
1/8 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Corn Chex, crushed
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 pound ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf Muffins

In a large bowl, mix all but meat. Crumble beef or turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into 12 foil-lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain before serving. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
