My moms great, nutrition recipe for meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf - Mommy's

2 pounds Ground Beef
1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
1 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf - Mommy's

  1. Combine all ingredients in order listed and mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan (4 x 8)

  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
