Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf with Horseradish and oats

1 cup onion
1 cup celery
2 pounds lean ground beef, round
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons horseradish, optional
1/2 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf with Horseradish and oats

  1. Using a little spray of Pam, sauté onion and green pepper for about 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except ketchup, in mixing bowl;

  3. add onion and pepper.

  4. Mix gently but thoroughly until blended.

  5. Pack in a greased loaf pan or meat loaf pan.

  6. Spread ketchup over top.

  7. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
