Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf - Fannie Farmer

2 lb hamburger, 80% lean
3/4 cup skim milk
2 med eggs, slightly beaten
1 med onion, chopped fine
2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf - Fannie Farmer

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pat into loaf pan and bake until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from loaf pan and let fat drain.
