Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf with alton brown glaze and flaxseed

750 g ground beef 85% lean
100 g breadcrumbs
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
250 g ketchup
2 tsp louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2/3 tsp cumin
2 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf with alton brown glaze and flaxseed

  1. saute onions and garlic

  2. mix flax seed with water and beat til egg consistency

  3. mix beef breadcrumbs flax seed mixture, onions and garlic in large bowl

  4. put meatloaf into pan and bake for 10 minutes

  5. mix other ingredients into a sauce

  6. pour sauce onto meatloaf and bake another 40 minutes
