Not sure - haven't tasted it yet :) Have calulated the portion size @ 1 oz uncooked Had to use "turkey stuffing" as I could not get a calculation on Uncle Ben's Stuff'N Such - Traditional Sage

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf - 29 August 2010

1 1/4 kg uncooked lean ground beef
1.65 kg uncooked lean ground beef
35 gram Chili Seasoning Mix (Club House)
240 gram turkey stuffing (Uncle Bens - Traditional Sage)
40 gram Onion Soup Mix - No Name
369 ml Hunts Tomato Paste (can)
284 ml Tomato Soup
125 ml Eggbeaters (Simply Egg Whites)
2 tbsp garlic powder

Topping:
5 1/2 oz Hunts Tomato Paste (can)
5 1/2 oz ketchup
4 oz barbeque sauce (Hot Southern Cajun)
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf - 29 August 2010

  1. Mix all ingredients together except Topping ingredients and press in pans (makes three bread loaf pans)

  2. Mix Topping ingredients together and spread equally over top of loaves

  3. Bake @ 350 degree oven until done (approx hour and a half)

  4. Have calculated the 158 servings @ 1 oz portions (uncooked)
