Recipe Ingredients for Meatless Taco

7.06 oz Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
5 grams Chopped Onion Flakes
1 1/2 tsp Bac'n Pieces Bacon Flavored Bits
5 grams Smart Menu Pan Coating and Flavoring Spray Butter-Flavored
1 serving western family mild chunky Salsa-2 tbsp.
14 grams Fancy Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
3 serving lynn wilson corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Meatless Taco

  1. Place Taco shells in between paper towels on plate and spray lightly on both sides with pan spray.

  2. Dice Squash into 1/4 in. cubes and place in small frying pan. Spray with pan spray untill covered.

  3. Add GarlicPowder, onion Flakes and Bacon Bits.

  4. Cook over low heat untill squash is soft. About 20 mins.

  5. Add Salsa and turn heat up to med. Cook about another 10 mins.

  6. While salsa is cooking, place taco shells in mirowave and heat untill shell is soft. About 30 sec.

  7. Remove shells from paper towels and place cheese in equal amounts on half of each shell.

  8. Return to mircowave and cook untill cheese just start to melt.

  9. Place equal amount of squash mix on each shell and fold over.

  10. Enjoy!

  11. You can add Western Family fozzen Mexi Corn for more snap to the taco. ( not in cal count).
