1 large onion
1 sweet peppers, red
1 lb mushrooms
1 cup celery
2 tbs flour
2 cups beef broth

Recipe Directions for Meatless Monday's Morningstar Mushroom Ragu

  1. Sautee onions, peppers, Mushrooms and Morning star crumbles in the Olive oil.

  2. Sprinkle with the flour, mix well.

  3. Add the broth and the peas.

  4. Simmer

  5. Serve
