Recipe Ingredients for Meatless Mexican Slop

2 cup Black Beans
2 cup Pinto Beans
2 cup Spanish Rice
4 oz Mexican Four Cheese 2% Milk
8 tbsp Salsa
1 serving Sliced Black Olives
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Meatless Mexican Slop

Drain and rinse the beans. Defrost the corn. Mix beans and corn together with rice and salsa in a 9x13 baking pan. Top the mixture with cheese and black olives. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted.
