Meatless Meat loaf...So good, even meat eaters will love it!

Recipe Ingredients for Meatless loaf

6 serving Veggie Ground Round Italian
1 large Onions
150 grams Barbeque Sauce
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Meatless loaf

  1. Chop onion and mushroom finely.

  2. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well.

  3. Press into loaf pan or 8"x8" baking dish.

  4. Bake for 45 mins at 400f or until loaf is firm to the touch.
