Recipe Ingredients for meatless lasagna

8 oz lasagna noodles
10 oz frozen spinach
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
23 oz tomato sauce
15 oz part skim ricotta
2 tsp italian seasoning
8 oz part skim mozzarella , shredded
1/4 c parmesan, shredded

Recipe Directions for meatless lasagna

  1. cook noodles if necessary.

  2. saute onion & garlic in the oil. mix with spinach. season with salt and pepper

  3. layer ingredients: sauce, noodles, ricotta, seasonings, spinach mix, sauce, cheese, noodles, ricotta, seasonings, spinach mix, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce on top.

  4. top with cheese if desired.

  5. cover with tented foil (do not touch to sauce)

  6. bake at 350 for an hour.

  7. sit for 15 mins.

  8. eat.
