100 g cheddar cheese
60 g parmesan
100 g feta
3 cups tomato sauce
170 g whole wheat lasagna noodles
100 g firm tofu
100 g bell pepper
50 g onion

Recipe Directions for Meatless Lasagna

  1. cook noodles

  2. heat sauce

  3. crumble tofu, and the feta into the ricotta

  4. grate old cheddar

  5. layer like you would any other lasagna

  6. heat in the oven until bubbley
