Recipe Ingredients for Meatless Chili Mac

1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 cups water
3 cups elbow macaroni
31 oz. canned chili beans
31 oz. canned kidney beans
29 oz. diced tomatoes
15 oz. tomato sauce
8 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Meatless Chili Mac

  1. In a pan or dutch oven, saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.

  2. Stir in the water, macaroni, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and cumin.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
